Clear evidence, clearly labelled

Verification designed around real commodity-trade risk.

A company registration document alone does not prove product quality, available stock or successful delivery.

What we review

Manifest separates the different forms of evidence attached to a supplier and listing. Buyers can see which checks have been completed and which transaction-specific steps remain outstanding.

Business identity

We review the seller's legal business details, principal contacts, operating location and relevant company records.

Export eligibility

We review exporter registration, licence, mineral title or other authority applicable to the seller and commodity.

Product information

We collect declared commodity specification, origin, available quantity, capacity, packaging, loading port and proposed Incoterms.

Quality evidence

Where available, we review laboratory reports, grading records, moisture readings, assay results, inspection reports and other commodity-specific evidence.

Origin and traceability

For products requiring enhanced traceability, the listing may include production-area information, supplier-chain records and geolocation data.

Transaction readiness

Before shipment, parties may still need fresh inspection, sampling, contract, payment, customs and destination-market requirements.

Verification statuses

Each status describes specific evidence. It should not be read as a guarantee of performance or compliance.

Business identity checked

Seller identity and business records have been reviewed for the listing workflow.

Export documentation checked

Relevant exporter registration, licence or title information has been reviewed where applicable.

Quality evidence available

The seller has supplied a specification, grading record, laboratory report or other evidence for buyer review.

EUDR documentation available

The seller has supplied one or more elements of EUDR-related traceability information. This status does not by itself establish compliance by the buyer, operator or trader.

Manifest verification is an information and review process. It is not insurance, a guarantee of product performance, a substitute for independent inspection or a guarantee that either party will fulfil a contract.
